Day 1

Module 1: My Confidence, My Stage
Exploring the importance of self-confidence in achieving successful public speaking delivery and personal expression
Activity 1: I am Me
Participants take the spotlight to share personal information, helping to build confidence and self-esteem.
Module 2: The Power of Influence and Persuasion – How to Get People to Listen
Discussion on the importance of implying and delivering ideas designed to influence, inspire, and capture attention.
Activity 2: The Blind Guide
Three participants from each group attempt to build a tower using Lego or building blocks with alternating colors. Two participants are blindfolded, while the third serves as the captain with no blindfold. The captain guides the blindfolded members verbally. One blindfolded participant builds the structure, while the other relays the instructions.
Synthesis Session
Summary and discussion on the key takeaways from the previous session
Module 3: Public Speaking and Its Structure
Discussion on the structure of public speaking, preparation techniques, and key considerations for delivery.
Activity 3: My Crazy Story
Participant groups create a story based on a single source topic
Module 4: Construction and Delivery of the Speech
Focus on constructing speech content, identifying effective delivery strategies, and preparing personally for delivery.
Final Synthesis and Assignment Delivery
Participants are assigned one of the following topics for a discussion lasting 5 to 10 minutes max.
Day 2
Activity 1: Delivery of Identified Topics through Public Presentation
Module 5: Merging Public Speaking and the Internet Superhighway
