Requirements
The training is designed to be interactive, with participant engagement exceeding 80% of the time. Each session follows a similar dynamic: an opening exercise to foster new habits (building awareness), a mini-lecture on techniques (knowledge), and practice of new tactics and techniques (skill). At the conclusion of each session, participants receive supporting materials related to the session covered. Practical material is summarized through mini-lectures that provide theoretical foundations and explain the basic psychological mechanisms experienced by participants during workshop activities.
