This hands-on, practical course provides participants with an introduction to AI agents within Microsoft 365 Copilot, showing them how to create their own simple agents without writing any code or using extra tools.

Participants will examine pre-built agents from Microsoft, such as Researcher and Analyst, gain insight into how AI agents function in business environments, and learn to design and utilize custom agents by leveraging structured prompts and workflows in Copilot.

Focusing on real-world scenarios, the course empowers participants to automate routine tasks, boost productivity, and develop reusable AI assistants that can be effortlessly shared among teams.

Upon completing the session, participants will have constructed their own AI agent and will be equipped to apply these techniques in their everyday work.

Designed specifically for finance professionals who already leverage AI tools, this course helps you transition from occasional usage to confident, consistent daily application of Microsoft Copilot. Participants will refine their prompting techniques and apply Copilot directly to practical finance tasks such as data reconciliation, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. The session is highly interactive, centered on live exercises using realistic finance datasets. All activities utilize two parallel workflows: one for Copilot Chat (Basic, included with Microsoft 365) and another for Microsoft 365 Copilot (Premium, paid license), ensuring every participant works with the license they currently possess.
