The Center is situated on the third floor of the high-rise Torre Colonos Sur tower, now the Argentine base for the Royal Bank of Scotland, which bought out ABN-AMRO in 2007. It is a 10-minute walk from local bus routes and 15 minutes from a metro station. The Center has its own parking and is protected by CCTV coverage.

Catalinas Norte is one of the zones that make up the city's commercial district, and there are many financial, technology, utilities and consultancy businesses nearby. There is 24-hour access to the centre, which has its own secure underground parking.
