Target audience
This course is ideal for:
- Holders of a valid ITIL® 4 Foundation certification
The training prepares participants for the official ITIL® 5 Foundation Bridge certification exam, which is included in the course fee. This certification validates updated knowledge of the ITIL framework and supports continued professional growth in service management.
Participant preparation requirements
Participants must hold a valid ITIL® 4 Foundation certificate. No additional preparatory study is required prior to attending.
Examination procedure
Participants receive an exam voucher valid for 6 months, providing flexibility in choosing a suitable testing date.
Upon course completion, participants will receive detailed instructions on exam registration. Scheduling is managed directly through the PeopleCert platform via an individual account. The exam is administered online under remote supervision. A PeopleCert proctor oversees the session via webcam and a secure connection. Prior to the exam, participants must verify their identity and show their surroundings to ensure compliance with examination rules.
