The Buenos Aires Laminar Catalinas Centre is on the fourth floor of the 20-storey Laminar Plaza Tower, a 1997 high-rise with glass façade, marble and granite entrance and views across the River Plate. Catalinas Norte is one of the zones that make up the city's commercial district, and there are many financial, technology, utilities and consultancy businesses nearby. There is 24-hour access to the centre, which has its own secure underground parking.
