- Managing lead time, lag, and float (extra time).
Day 2: Resources, Costs, and Tracking
• Module 1: Resource Management
- Defining resources: Labor, Material, and Cost.
- Managing availability, rate tables, and variable costs.
- Assigning resources and resolving over-allocations (balancing workloads).
• Module 2: Financial Control
- Entering fixed costs and one-time costs.
- Analyzing project, task, and resource costs.
• Module 3: Tracking & Reporting
- The Baseline: Setting and saving the project plan.
- Analyzing deviations and changes within the project.
- Earned Value Analysis: Measuring project performance.
- Generating standard and custom reports for stakeholders.
