Module 2: Bot Development with UiPath Studio • RPA project structure • Variables, arguments, and data types • Use of Selectors and application control


Module 3: Web Automation and Government Portals • Process automation with login • Handling dynamic web forms • Automatic download and upload of documents • Error handling and validations


Module 4: Integration with Databases and SharePoint • Connecting to SQL Server databases • Reading and writing structured information • Storing documents in SharePoint • Evidence management and traceability


Module 5: OCR and Artificial Intelligence for Documents • Introduction to OCR in UiPath • Reading scanned PDF documents • Extracting text and key data • Validating document patterns (e.g., academic titles) • Basic document classification using rules


Module 6: Bot Orchestration and Execution • UiPath Orchestrator: key concepts • Manual and scheduled bot execution • Use of Jobs and Triggers • File-based execution using Excel parameters


Module 7: Advanced Automation with State Machines • Introduction to State Machines • When to use sequences, flows, and state machines • Design of complex and scalable processes • Real-world enterprise automation cases


Module 8: Comprehensive Practical Case • Full design of an enterprise bot • Downloading documents from an internal system • Validating information on an external portal • Downloading certificates and automatic storage • Integration with a database and/or SharePoint

• Windows 10 / Windows 11

• UiPath Studio LTS version or the most recent stable release • Updated browsers (Edge / Chrome) • Access to SQL Server (for integration practices)
